How to remove and reinstall a Lippert Wall Armor patio door

Our Fuzion 429 has Lippert Wall Armor patio doors installed. One of the doors was sagging a bit and hard to slide open and closed. In order to fix the sagging door, we simply moved the upper pivot point slightly. To do that, however, you need to remove the door.
